To me, one of the nicest things about spring is that the birds are back. I love waking up to the sound of birdsong in the morning. I also enjoy vintage items that feature these feathered creatures.

Oh, yes...I've been enjoying the Spring birdsong all day long! It's amazing how much you can hear them even in this busy, crowded urban area I live in...even driving. I love the sweet sound very late at night too, not sure what birds they are, a bird-loving friend said mockingbirds...they sound really sweet & pretty 'tho. Yep, my fave type of embroidery is the bluebirds to match my vintage cuties that you have pictured.

Very fun stuff! I've been trying to win some bluebirds like yours from Ebay for months now, but I always lose in the last seconds. Hopefully some will fly my way soon!
