This week, I acquired three vintage kitchen canisters with a most charming design. Embellished with morning glories and polka dots, I adore their 1940s vibe. Unfortunately, two of the canisters have seen better days. They have tons of wear and one is missing its lid. But the largest canister is in great shape.
I like to share, so I listed it in my Etsy shop. Then I repurposed the smaller ones. Now they hold a couple of plants in my studio.
They are so cheerful — even on this rainy, gray day in Connecticut.
Have a nice weekend!

Susan I really like these. I have several vintage canisters, but only one polka dot and it's green and beige. I have some in my kitchen window and some on top of my mom's white vintage (50's) dish cabinet. I love the way you used yours in your studio.

I love those!! I hope to find a whole set some day. I certainly don't need anymore canisters, but that is a great design! I am so thankful that people saved things like this, so that we can enjoy them now.
