I wake up way too early. Maybe it's because I'm hungry, maybe menopause is kicking in, or maybe I just have too much on my mind. I actually don't mind rising at the crack of dawn. I head downstairs, cook up some steel cut oats, and then I'm out the door for my morning walk. But I have no complaints, especially with views like these along my way.
If I were to sleep in, just look what I'd be missing! I am so glad I'm a morning person.

I am always amazed at the variety there is in sunrises and sunsets---they are magical....a gift from God.
