I recently discovered an unusual coincidence in a little section of my marketplace booth dedicated to vintage gardening items.
Hanging high on the wall, you'll find this 1940s print of a little girl planting pots of tulips on her windowsill. Isn't she darling?
Lower down on the same wall is a 1933 hand-tinted photograph of a lady in her flower garden. Do you remember Vivian? I wrote about her four years ago at this link.
Both of these vintage gardening enthusiasts are wearing frilly smocks and have a blue ribbon in their hair. Do you see the likeness? It's as though they are the same person as a child and as an adult! And what's really strange is that I didn't even notice the resemblance until it was pointed out to me by another marketplace merchant. :)

Well I be dang if their faces even look alike. Yep I'd say it was the same person.
