Edgartown, located at the eastern end of Martha's Vineyard, is a picture perfect New England town. Most of the neatly groomed homes are white clapboard with black shutters, overflowing window boxes, white picket fences and widow's walks. Every year on our vacation, we have dinner at a nice restaurant in the town's quaint commercial center and then take a walk down the street through the most beautiful residential area. Below, John and I trail Hannah and Jacob to the Edgartown Light at the end of North Water Street. Come take a stroll with us . . .
Pretty, isn't it? I'll be devoting the rest of the week to more views of inspiring places on Martha's Vineyard. I hope you'll come along.

What a great vacation spot that place appears to be! I LOVED your photo of the windowbox, with flags, and the hydrangea bush beneath! Actually, all of your photos were great!
Congrats to the winner of your giveaway. I just recently met Leigh Ann (through the wonders of blogging) through Jill of Bittersweet Soap. Leigh Ann lives minutes away from me--what an incredibly small blogging world it is!

It looks absolutely perfect, just how I imagine New England to look. I hope I will be able to visit this part of the world some day.
