As we approach mid-August, my antique chair-turned-planter is just about in its glory. Have a look . . .
Located on my shady front stoop, I usually fill this piece with predictable Impatiens or Pansies, as shown in summers past, below.
This season, I was slightly more adventurous and potted it up a little differently. Even though the Coleus has taken over, I'm happy with the result.

Coleus is a favorite of mine as it never fails to produce foliage and color no matter the conditions. I am off to find the perfect mishandled chair. Beautiful...Renee

I have a Coleus on the back porch but it doesn't look that good. It has been so hot here (107) that mine looks kind of straggly (is that a word). I have a flower chair out by my shed and it has moss in it.
Yours is beautiful and yes I would put mine on the front too if it looked that good. My red
caladiums did really good, they love heat.Yay!!!
